Description:

This project involved the complete demolition of the existing house, including removal of all debris and site prep. Once cleared, we excavated for and installation of the Superior Wall foundation system, ensuring proper grade, compaction, and drainage. After the foundation was in, we set the modular home on the foundation, connecting all utilities, and completed all interior and exterior finishes to bring the house to move-in ready condition. All work was performed to code, with careful attention to structural integrity, alignment, and quality of finish.
