From day one, Bill has remained deeply involved in every stage of the construction process, whether it’s boots on the ground in the field or reviewing estimates in the office. Over the past decade, WTC has grown steadily into a respected and reliable General Contracting and Construction Management firm serving the Tri-State area. WTC specializes in pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) systems, offering cost-effective, customizable, and fast-to-construct solutions for a wide range of commercial and light industrial projects. As an official Nucor Authorized Builder, we bring industry-leading quality and design flexibility to every PEMB project, from initial concept to final completion.

In 2025, following his graduation with a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Kutztown University, William Teitsma IV joined the firm, bringing a fresh perspective and a strategic vision for the future. With a focus on innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth, William aims to shift WTC into a commercial and light industrial construction company. In William free time likes to backpack and play golf with his friends.
